4. Purpose of Personal Data Processing / Use of Registry

The contact information registry is maintained for the purpose of implementing, maintaining, and developing website operations. Personal data is processed for handling inquiries and marketing matters.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the legitimate interest of the operators and the consent of the individual.

5. Registry Content

The registry includes, among other details, the following identification information: name, phone number, and email address. Additionally, the registry contains information about the company in which the individual is associated. Such information may include the company name, business ID, and address details.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

The collected data in the registry is retained only for as long as necessary in relation to the original or compatible purposes for which the personal data was collected.

The need to retain personal data is assessed every five years; in any case, information about the registered individual is removed from the registry after the contact relationship between the registered individual and the data controller has ended, and the obligations and actions related to the contact relationship have been completed.

The data controller regularly evaluates the necessity of retaining information according to its internal guidelines. Additionally, the data controller takes all possible reasonable measures to promptly correct or delete inaccurate, erroneous, or outdated personal data in relation to the purposes of processing.

7. Regular Data Sources

Registry information is routinely collected from the registered individuals themselves via phone, online, meetings, or similar methods. Personal data can be collected and updated from publicly available sources, such as company websites, trade registers, and other public and private databases.

8. Regular Disclosures of Information

As a general rule, information is not disclosed from the registry. Data may be disclosed only under certain circumstances if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

9. Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA

As a general rule information is not transferred to other parties. Information may be published as agreed upon with the customer.

The data may be transferred by the data controller outside the EU or EEA. Data will not be transferred to the United States without explicit consent from the registered individuals.

10. Principles of Registry Protection

Care and appropriate data security measures are applied in processing the registry. When registry information is stored on Internet servers, their physical and digital security is properly ensured. The data controller ensures that stored information, as well as server access rights and other critical information related to data security, are treated confidentially and handled only by employees who are authorized to do so.

11. Right to Access and Erase

Individuals in the registry have the right to review their stored information and request correction of incorrect data or completion of incomplete data. If a person wants to review their stored data or request corrections, the request should be sent in writing to the data controller.

Individuals in the registry also have the right to request the erasure of their personal data from the registry (“right to be forgotten”). The request should be sent in writing to the data controller.

The data controller may request the requester to provide proof of identity if necessary. The data controller responds to the customer within the time frame set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).
